She is totally on board. She comes from a family of pastors, church planters and missionaries so she understands the responsibilities and commitments ministry takes.
... sometimes when you are proofreading your husband's writing there is stuff that moves you to tears. Good tears. Thankfulness tears. And "wow. God is so good and knows exactly what He's doing even when I don't see it." tears.
Plus, I like that he sees me this way. A lot.
Though I did tell him that I probably don't totally understand the responsibilities or commitments or am remotely able to live up to the standards of an elder's wife.
He just hugged me and told me I was ridiculous.
